Trisha Cardwell, ARM

Regional Property Manager

Trisha began her career in property management as a Leasing Consultant in 1995 for a national property management company, and was promoted to Manager within two years. In 2001, she joined another national property management company where she was promoted to District Manager and Regional Training Director. She was responsible for all software training and support for the Houston region. She joined Orion Real Estate Services in 2006 as a Regional Supervisor. Her current portfolio consists of eleven Tax Credit & Bond properties.

Her current responsibilities include personnel management, the implementation and monitoring of company policies and procedures, the fiscal accountability of each property to include development and implementation of property budgets, and the monitoring of asset maintenance issues and recommendations of capital improvements.

Trisha is active in both the Houston Apartment Association and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), where she received her Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) accreditation in 2005. Trisha earned her Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) designation and the Uniform Physical Condition Standards (UPCS) certification in 2007.
