Carrie began her career in property management as a Leasing Consultant in 1987 for a private management company, where she quickly was promoted to Property Manager. She joined Orion in 2002 as a Property Manager and in 2006 was promoted to District Manager and was responsible over 4 properties. In 2007 Carrie was promoted to Regional Supervisor. Carrie's current responsibilities include personnel management, monitoring of company policies and procedures, fiscal accountability of each property to include development and implementation of property budgets, and the monitoring of asset maintenance issues and recommendation of capital improvement. Her current portfolio consists of 11 properties with over 2027 units which include Tax Credit, Section 8 and Public Housing. Carrie designations includes, Uniform Physical Condition Standard Specialists (UPCS), Public Housing Eligibility Specialists (ES), Public Housing Rent Calculation Specialists (RCS).
