DAVID ELDREDGE, CPA

Executive Vice President/CFO

As a Certified Public Accountant, David received his BBA from the University of Texas in 1982. Before joining Orion Real Estate Services, Inc., David was controller and then Chief Financial Officer for a large real estate developer with responsibility for accounting activities, insurance programs and project financing.

He currently supervises a staff of nine and handles direct supervision of accounting systems and controls as well as project reporting. David is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of CPA's.
