LAUREN BROCKMAN

Principal

Lauren began his real estate career with Allied Realty Services in 1988. Beginning as a Construction Superintendent, Lauren progressed to a Development Officer. Specializing in development, construction, market feasibility and project financing, Lauren is now responsible for all operations in the Denver Region. Lauren graduated from Regis University magna cum laude with a degree in Business Administration.

His other accomplishments include serving as the 1999-2000 President of the Apartment Association of Metro Denver, and the 2002-2003 President of the Colorado Apartment Association. He also served as the 2001 Chairman of the National Apartment Association Political Action Committee. He currently serves on the Board of NMHC.
