Regional Property Manager

LeQuishcia began her career with a private management company in April 2003 as a leasing agent. She joined Orion in October 2003 and was promoted to Property Manager in less than a year. She began to oversee two communities in July 2006 and was quickly promoted to District Manager in January 2007. She was recently promoted to Regional Property Supervisor in January 2008.

She currently has a portfolio of 5 tax credit communities and has recently received her designations in COS (Certified Occupancy Specialist), TCS (Tax Credit Specialist), Public Housing Eligibility Specialists (ES), and Public Housing Rent Calculation Specialists (RCS).
