Regional Property Manager
Amy began her career in property management as a part time Leasing Consultant in 1991 for a national property management company, where she quickly moved up through various positions to Property Manager. In 1996, Amy joined another national property management company as a Property Manager. She joined Orion in 1998 as a Property Manager and was promoted to District Manager over two communities. Amy was promoted in 2007 to Regional Supervisor over ten Conventional and Tax Credit/Bond Properties.
Her current responsibilities include personnel management, the implementation and monitoring of company policies and procedures, the fiscal accountability of each property to include development and implementation of property budgets, and the monitoring of asset maintenance issues and recommendations of capital improvements.
Amy is active in the Houston Apartment Association and the National Center for Housing Management and has recently earned her Tax Credit Specialist (TCS), Uniform Physical Conditions Standards Specialist (UPCS) and Housing Quality Standards (HQS) designations.
