Linda began her career in property management in 1973 as a leasing agent for a builder/developer in Houston and continued as Director of Operations for the next ten years involved with the lease up and operations of ten new properties ranging in size from 120 units to 540 units. As vice president with a national management company she was responsible for a portfolio of 23 properties in three states. In 1987 she joined Henson-Tate Management Company as a regional supervisor. When Henson-Tate evolved into Orion Real Estate Services in 1991, she became Kirk Tate's partner with responsibility for accounting operations.
