Regional Property Manager

Paula began her career in 1981 as an Assistant Property Manager for a national management company in Dallas, Texas. In 1985, she joined another national firm and managed properties in the Dallas/ Ft. Worth Metroplex which specialized in new construction and property management.

Transferring to Houston in 1988 as an Area Manager she was responsible for overseeing renovations, new construction lease ups of luxury and tax credit apartment communities. Paula had the opportunity to oversee construction and lease ups of five section 42 subdivisions of single family homes. Paula has supervised as many as 2600 units in Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio markets.

In 2002, Paula joined Orion and is currently responsible for a portfolio of communities including tax credit, conventional and section eight and public housing.

Paula has earned designations from The National Center for Housing Management for COS (Certified Occupancy Specialist), TCS (Tax Credit Specialist), and Nan McKay & Assoc. designations for HQS Specialist (Housing Quality Standards) and UPCS Specialist (Uniform Physical Conditions Standards).
