Regional Vice President

Peggy joined Orion Real Estate Services in 1994. She brings over 19 years of knowledge and experience as a former Property Manager, Director of Training and Director of Leasing and Marketing for two large national management firms.

Peggy has served as a Regional Property Supervisor for Orion with a portfolio made up of tax credit, conventional and Section 8 Moderate rehab units. She currently serves as one of Orion's Regional Vice Presidents.

Peggy is active in the Apartment Association of Metro Denver, serving as a Tributes' committee chair, teaching leasing and marketing classes for the NAA Certified Apartment Property Supervisor (CAPS), Certified Apartment Property Manager (CAM) and National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) designations. She has chaired the Education Committee in both Houston and Denver, has twice received one of the Houston Apartment Association Industry's Achievement Awards and has also received achievement awards from the Apartment Association of Metro Denver.

Peggy's certifications include Certified Apartment Property Supervisor (CAPS), Tax Credit Specialist (TCS), Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP), Uniform Physical Condition Standards (UPCS), and Certified Credit Compliance Professional (C3P). Peggy has an Associate Degree in Business from Emporia University in Kansas.
