Regional Property Manager

Wyndi began her career in 1995 as a Leasing Consultant for a national property management company. She has been employed with several top management companies throughout her career. She joined Orion Real Estate Services in July 2005 as a Property Manager and was quickly promoted to District Manager in February 2006, overseeing two Tax Credit Communities. In 2007, Wyndi was promoted to Regional Property Supervisor with a current portfolio of 11Tax Credit & Bond Communities.

Her current responsibilities include personnel management, the implementation and monitoring of company policies and procedures, the fiscal accountability of each property to include development and implementation of property budgets, and the monitoring of asset maintenance issues and recommendations of capital improvements.
