Sandy began her career in property management in 1982 as an Assistant Manager with Dinerstein Management, in Midland, Texas and after nine months she transferred to Houston. In 1984, she worked for S&S Properties as a Property Manager until joining Bradley Apartment Homes in 1988 as a Property Manager. With Bradley Apartment Homes, Sandy was promoted to District Manager and was also the Safety Coordinator. After the merge in 2001 with Orion Real Estate Service, Sandy joined the Compliance Department where she oversees the current day to day operations.

Sandy has her Tax Credit Specialist designation from the National Center of Housing Management, Certified Occupancy Specialist designation, Certified Apartment Manager designation and Accredited Resident Manager designation. She was recognized as Orion Employee of the year along with the entire Compliance Department for 2003.
